Terri's introduction to real estate goes back 10 years when she and her husband, Jeff (a national masters road cycling champion), owned and managed 3 residential complexes - One boutique holiday complex 'Alexandra on the Pacific' in Mooloolaba and Grand Pacific Resort and Conference Centre in Caloundra comprising of 113 holiday apartments and large conference centre, and the successful Brisbane Southbank CBD permanent complex 'Arbour on Grey' comprising of 170 apartments.  Terri and Jeff successfully on sold these sought business so they could enjoy a magnificent lifestyle in their sub-penthouse at "˜Waves" the highly regarded residential building on the Maroochy River.
